THE TEAM
Thanks to a statistical and qualitative approach, our tools allow us to measure “The cost of virility” in companies, that is to say the financial and human losses induced by the culture of virility in terms of criminal and toxic behavior, diversity, lower performance and impact on reputation. In addition to this quantified observation, we identify and develop specific recommendations creating
levers and solutions for vertical transformations for business leaders
but also the employees.
